GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to individuals who visit the logicconcept.pl website, contact the support department using the form available on the website as well as by email or telephone, participate in contests, and those whose data we process under contracts, commitments or consents received for the transmission of commercial information electronically and who are over 16 years of age (hereinafter referred to as Users).
  2. Before using any of the services described in the preceding sentence (hereinafter Services), each User is required to read the Policy.

  4. The Administrator does not provide for the processing of personal data of children under the age of 16. The Services provided by LOGIC can only be used by persons who are at least 16 years old.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

  1. LOGIC processes Users' personal data in connection with their use of Services provided electronically, depending on the type of Service.
  2. Website logicconcept.co.uk: As part of the maintenance of the website, LOGIC may collect data of Users visiting the site (using "cookies" and JavaScript), such as IP address, information about the Internet service provider, the User's operating system, the Internet browser used, screen resolution, device model and other data about the software and hardware used by the User. The data is subject to profiling, but it does not affect the User's use of the said service and does not have any consequences for the User. The data collected by LOGIC is processed for statistical purposes only.

  4. Contests: Occasionally LOGIC may hold contests during which personal data voluntarily provided by participants may be processed. The data will be processed only for the purposes of conducting the contest, as specified in the contest rules (e.g., to draw the winners or to notify the winner) for the period necessary for the contest, unless the contest participant gives separate consent to process the data for other purposes, including marketing purposes.
  5. Processing pursuant to a contract or obligation: If a contract has been concluded between LOGIC and you or an entity where you are employed, or there is an obligation under which LOGIC processes a person's data, LOGIC shall process the data until it has fulfilled its obligations to the other party, unless processing, including storage, is required by law for a period longer than the period of cooperation between the two parties.

ENTRUSTING DATA PROCESSING

  1. Some information may be transferred to third parties providing services to the Administrator in the field of maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems, hosting, monitoring of website traffic, if it is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User. The transfer of data is carried out under data processing entrustment agreements signed with these entities.
  2. LOGIC entrusts the processing of data to third parties maintaining the principles of security, confidentiality and minimization.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

  1. Any person whose data is processed by LOGIC has the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten") or restrict processing of his or her personal data, and to object to processing.
  2. In addition, LOGIC may transfer data to an entity designated by the data subject upon request.
  3. Any person whose data is processed by LOGIC has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  4. If you have consented to receive commercial information by e-mail, you have the right to withdraw your consent, without affecting the processing that has already been done and without affecting other services and obligations provided by LOGIC.

USE OF "COOKIES"

  1. Sites and services belonging to LOGIC use "cookies" and use other tools such as Local Storage and Session Storage to identify a returning user, send a request and speed up the pages. These are stored on the User's device when browsing LOGIC-owned sites.
  2. The information may be recorded both by the Administrator (first-party cookies) and by third parties providing services to the Administrator (third-party cookies).
